Your 2019 Flexible Spending Accounts have upcoming deadlines to mark on your calendars.
Eligible claims for your 2019 Flexible Savings Accounts (HCFSA and DCFSA) must be submitted to Payflex by April 30, 2020.
- Health Care FSA claims must be for eligible expenses incurred between January 1, 2019* and March 15, 2020.
- Dependent Day Care FSA claims must be for eligible expenses incurred between January 1, 2019* and December 31, 2019.
*If your effective date of coverage is after January 1, 2019, you may only submit claims for eligible expenses incurred on or after your effective date through the end dates listed above.

You have three ways to submit a claim: online, through the PayFlex Mobile® app or by sending a paper claim form to PayFlex. Please follow these instructions for filing a claim with PayFlex (PDF).
