Music

I play the piano, playing principally jazz and the music of Frédéric Chopin.

During the years 1988 to 1993, I played three solo piano recitals featuring respectively the complete Chopin preludes, scherzi, and ballades. More recently, on November 4, 2016, I performed a collection of miscellaneous Chopin works.  Here is the program from that recital.

I also enjoy choral singing.  Here is an audio recording of Randall Thomson's Alleluia, recorded June 27, 2014 in Église St. Séverin in Paris.  This was part of a reunion of the 1976 European tour of the Harvard Radcliffe Collegium Musicum, my college choir.

In my younger days, I served as musical director for performances of Anything Goes, Guys and Dolls, the Fantasticks, Candide, Company, Cabaret, and a musical revue of works by Duke Ellington called Ellington at Eight.
