Later that evening, the second technician brought the replacement part and promptly installed it. He even programmed the new thermostat to the temperature that I set for the previous thermostat. The technicians showed the utmost professionalism, respect, and attention to detail. I am so impressed and happy with the service that I received. Thank you all for your help!”

As we announced last week, we’re AiMing (see what we did there?) to recognize the three folks who have the most five star FixIt reviews for all of 2023.
