He not only came in and fixed our sink drain (which was what we submitted the FixIt about) but also TWO other things we didn’t even ask about!!!! Our sink water pressure which we had been struggling with and our toilet paper holder which was broken. He really went above and beyond and helped us take care of many things that had been needing to be fixed. He was kind and courteous and we really appreciated it!”
