• Christopher Gammon for cleaning the AC unit in Mitchell Hall: “The technician was one of the kindest people I have met. He was fast and super kind with my situation with my cat. We had a lovely conversation. He is awesome! I wish I got his name!”
• Yared Yirgu for replacing the thermostat in Ross Hall: “I did not catch his name but he was very nice and professional. He even came back to check his work!”
• Julio Martinez for creating and installing a new cubicle sign at Support Building: “Julio is always efficient and does a clean and professional job!”
• Wallace Vauss for unclogging bathroom sink in Fulbright Hall Landmark Building: “The sink is fixed!!! Thank you!!!”
• Jason Kinikin for resetting GFCI breaker and restoring power in a classroom at Science and Engineering Hall: “I had a great experience with the technician. He talked me through how he was repairing the doors and what may have happened to cause the problems.Thank you.”
• Jeffery Kinard for his quick response to an unseasonably warm classroom at Ames Hall: “My classroom was 80 degrees (displayed on the thermostat). Someone quickly came and turned off the convector and was friendly and apologetic more could not be done.”
• George Clemmons for his assitance with a pest issue in a room at Mitchell Hall: “George Clemmons is an absolute treat. My roommate and I absolutely loved him and all his help over the past few days!”
• Anthony Baylor for replacing a shower head at District House: “Very happy with the new shower head.”

• Jeffery Kinard and HVAC Team for repairing AC at Cole Hall: ” The two lovely people who came to my room treated me with absolute respect and kindness. My issue felt valid and they not only fixed my problem, but also walked me through what they were doing and what I can do to improve the situation. I can tell they are both extremely hardworking and kind people and I just wanted to extend my gratitude for their job done today. Thank you again for everything.”
