- Jason Kinikin for resetting GFCI breaker and restoring power in a classroom at Science and Engineering Hall: “I had a great experience with the technician. He talked me through how he was repairing the doors and what may have happened to cause the problems.Thank you.”
- Jeffery Kinard for his quick response to an unseasonably warm classroom at Ames Hall: “My classroom was 80 degrees (displayed on the thermostat). Someone quickly came and turned off the convector and was friendly and apologetic more could not be done.”
- George Clemmons for his assitance with a pest issue in a room at Mitchell Hall: “George Clemmons is an absolute treat. My roommate and I absolutely loved him and all his help over the past few days!”

My issue felt valid and they not only fixed my problem, but also walked me through what they were doing and what I can do to improve the situation. I can tell they are both extremely hardworking and kind people and I just wanted to extend my gratitude for their job done today. Thank you again for everything.”
