  • Roger White for scheduling e-cycle pickup at Enterprise Hall: “Roger White was super helpful in scheduling the ecycle pick up. His team was efficient and diligent in loading a very large order of IT equipment from the VSTC data center.”
  • Jose Guzman for taking care of a broken window at District House: “He did a great job, finished the job quick and was very polite and careful with everything!”
  • Jose Melgar for restoring water pressure to the bathroom sink at International House: “It took less than 5 minutes and the technician was so kind! He was very polite as to not step on our bathroom mat which I really appreciated. Our request was also answered within less than 24 hours and that was amazing.”
  • Roderick Garrett Jr for replacing interior lights as well as fridge lights at Shenkman Hall: “The person who helped with our issue was fantastic! I put in the request the night before and he changed the lights before the afternoon the following day. Very nice & fast & professional.”

  • Adolfo Palacios for fulfilling keys request at 1922 F St: “Thank you so so much to the Facilities Team!!! Despite the known heavy workload, attentive to the urgent need and specifics, the dispatcher and the locksmiths took care of us in the best way possible.
