SEAS 1001 - I enjoyed this course because it gave me a brief introduction and overview of the general idea of engineering. It introduced me to some topics that will be relevant to me as I proceed with my engineering degree, such as ethics, designing a product, and using different technological systems. The projects and assignments that we did interested and were relevant to things I'm interested in. I enjoyed learning how to do new things on TinkerCAD, learning how to use MATLAB, and getting to 3D print my own design
First semester - I have greatly enjoyed the first 6 weeks of my first semester at GW. I am making friends in lots of different groups, such as classes, my major, clubs, my dorm, and more, and I enjoy living independently. My roommates and I are getting along well and becoming good friends, and the support systems offered at GW make me feel very welcomed and encouraged. I really like living in the city and I have enjoyed exploring different parts of it so far.
