Everyone's thinking is affected by bias. The same holds true for every organization. The key to countering bias is to know it's there. Here are some examples of organizational bias that prevent learning.

Agile Thinking began as a software development methodology but has grown beyond information technology into a discipline for helping both commercial and non-commercial organizations modernize and keep in touch with their customers.

In this space, we hope to publish information about Agile events, training, videos, articles, and groups here at GW looking to explore some new concepts and tools that deal with organizational behavior.
