GW is moving to an online graduation application for all Bachelor's and Master's programs (certificate students should continue using paper application). Beginning with Summer 2014 applicants, all students should apply for graduation using the online application immediately after registering for their final semester of courses. *If you already applied for Summer 2014 graduation using a paper application, please do not submit an online application.
Summer 2014 applicants who will participate in Commencement must submit an Application for Graduation by March 15, 2014. The application is online and can be accessed through GWeb. Instructions for submitting the application are on the Office of the Registrar's web site (http://registrar.gwu.edu/online-graduation-application-instructions). You must register for your summer classes before submitting the online application.

Spring 2014 Graduation Applications
Spring 2014 graduates who have not submitted an Application for Graduation must do so as soon as possible. Please submit the paper application to the Elliott School Office of Academic Advising and Student Services. As the deadline was February 1, 2014, a $35.00 late fee will be charged to your account.
Please note: The online application for graduation is not available to student graduating in terms prior to Summer 2014.
