In the 2002-2003 academic year Kamen Lozev was a Fullbright Scholar associated with The George Washington University Institute for Knowledge Management. Dr. Lozev spent six months as a senior lecturer and researcher at GWU.

Dr. Lozev received his PhD in Philosophy in 1987 from the Institute for Philosophical Sciences of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. His dissertation was entitled “Ethical Aspects of the Relations Man-Technics.” He also graduated with an MS in Engineering Sciences from Sofia Technical University, Department of Automatics and Telemechanics.

Kamen Lozev currently is an associate professor in Contemporary Philosophy and Philosophy of Science, South-West University ‘N. Rilski,’  Blagoevgrad, Bulgaria.
