During the spring of 2010 Lukas Gehwolf was a visiting scholar at The George Washington University, affiliated with the Research Program in Social and Organizational Learning. His stay in the USA was funded by the Austrian Marshall Plan Foundation, an academic exchange program which was established to finance scholarships and fellowships for academic exchange between Austria and the U.S. with a special focus on universities of applied sciences and technical universities.

Lukas was at The George Washington University to write his Master’s Thesis. His mentor at GWU was Professor Stuart Umpleby.

Lukas has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the Carinthia University of Applied Sciences. His interests are civil engineering, project management, cybernetics and construction cybernetics.
