During the 1998-1999 academic year, Serhyj Zanjuk was a visiting research professor at The George Washington University, affiliated with the Research Program in Social and Organizational Learning. His stay in the USA was supported by the Junior Faculty Development Program, which is funded by the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs and is administered by the American Council of Teachers of Russian. His mentor at GW was Professor Erik Winslow.

Mr. Zanjuk graduated from Moscow State University in 1987 with a diploma in psychology. He received his master’s degree in 1998 from Volyn State University in psychology. He believes that the effectiveness of work and the development of a company or institution depends on the amount of initiative and motivation of the people who work there. .
